Empty Bowl Fundraiser

Saturday, December 02, 2017, 12:00pm - 02:00pm
The Empty Bowls Project is celebrating its 25th year! Empty Bowls is an international grassroots effort to raise both money and awareness in the fight to end hunger. The Ridgefield High School National Honor Society and Art Club are sponsoring an Empty Bowls fundraiser to benefit the Ridgefield Community Resources Center Pantry.
This is how it works: You purchase a ticket, and in exchange get a bowl of delicious soup in a handmade bowl donated by a local artist. You get to take the bowl home with you, and all of the proceeds go towards fighting hunger in the community.
If you are an artist that would like to donate, please contact Tamara Hoodenpyle at Ridgefield High School.
