Green Neighbors Program

The Clark County Green Neighbors Program was developed and is maintained by Clark County Solid Waste and Environmental Outreach to assist citizens with developing more sustainable lifestyles and building a strong environmental community in Clark County. Solid waste regional planning and programs are a cooperative effort of Battle Ground, Camas, Clark County, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, and Yacolt. Funding for this project provided by a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology.

Beekeeping for New Beekeepers

Beekeeping Q&A for new Beekeepers at 6:30 pm

General Meeting at 7:00 pm

Beekeeping Class & Meetings will be held at the Casee Center, ​11104 NE 149th Street ,Building B ( the middle of 3) Room 202-205, Brush Prairie WA. 98606.
​The Casee center is part of the Battle Ground School district . So if the schools are closed  the day of a meeting or event ( say for bad weather the facility will also  be closed and we ​will have to reschedule.

How to Join Clark County Beekeepers Assoiciation
Dues: $20 per family per year
Info needed for new members: your name, mailing address, phone #, email to (recieve information and Club happenings).
If you plan on signing up for the Beekeeping Class then the cost is $25. This gives you a one-year membership. Sign-ups for Class will be in person.

The CCBA is dedicated to the preservation and propagation of apiculture. CCBA meets to promote information and education primarily to hobby beekeepers and to the general public. It will provide information and support to members interested in developing and maintaining honey bee colonies, both linking experienced members as mentors to beginners and by offering educational programs, workshops, beekeeping classes at monthly meetings.
