Green Neighbors Program

The Clark County Green Neighbors Program was developed and is maintained by Clark County Solid Waste and Environmental Outreach to assist citizens with developing more sustainable lifestyles and building a strong environmental community in Clark County. Solid waste regional planning and programs are a cooperative effort of Battle Ground, Camas, Clark County, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, and Yacolt. Funding for this project provided by a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology.

WSU Clark County Extension Master Gardeners and Clark County Public Health present: Natural Garden Demonstration Site Volunteer Work Parties

Come join the Master Gardeners on select Saturdays from January through September for a fun, educational service experience beautifying the natural garden demonstration sites at Pacific Park.

For individuals younger than 18 years of age must have their parent or guardian's signature on the sign-in sheet. The Clark County Minor Consent Form can also be printed and signed prior to the event. Volunteers 13 years of age or younger must have a parent or guardian present during the duration of the volunteer event and be under the direct oversight of the parent or guardian.

How can I protect myself from the Coronavirus?

Wash your hands

Everyday practices to prevent colds, influenza and other respiratory illnesses can also protect people against coronaviruses, including COVID-19. Wash hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. When soap and water are not available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer that contains at least 60 percent alcohol.
