Pressure canning can be intimidating. The Clark County Master Food Preservers will discuss the pressure canning process, why it is necessary and the safe steps to using a pressure canner. Learn the specific techniques in canning low acid foods safely. Pressure canner gauge testing will be provided. Bring your lid with dial gauge, rubber gasket/ring and safety plug.
