Green Neighbors Program

The Clark County Green Neighbors Program was developed and is maintained by Clark County Solid Waste and Environmental Outreach to assist citizens with developing more sustainable lifestyles and building a strong environmental community in Clark County. Solid waste regional planning and programs are a cooperative effort of Battle Ground, Camas, Clark County, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, and Yacolt. Funding for this project provided by a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology.

Kick off the 2018 WasteBusters Challenge with some inspiration and free prizes!

Doors open at 2pm.

2:30pm Featured Speaker - Minna Yoo (Founder and CEO of Love Bottle). Love Bottle is one of the first reusable glass water bottles 100% made in USA, featuring designs by Portland artists. These bottles are on a mission to fight plastic pollution! Come hear about the problem of plastic and what you can do. Enter a raffle to win your very own Love Bottle!

Learn more about this year’s WasteBusters pledges (Fight Litter--Replace Plastic--Waste No Food) and how to do your own Waste Audit for the All-In Bonus Challenge #2. Every WasteBusters participant will get a free door prize and receive 100 bonus points for attending the event!
