Green Neighbors Program

The Clark County Green Neighbors Program was developed and is maintained by Clark County Solid Waste and Environmental Outreach to assist citizens with developing more sustainable lifestyles and building a strong environmental community in Clark County. Solid waste regional planning and programs are a cooperative effort of Battle Ground, Camas, Clark County, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, and Yacolt. Funding for this project provided by a grant from the Washington State Department of Ecology.

#VancouverVolunTEEN is a community service effort inspiring teens ages 14 - 19 in Clark County to give back their time, earn volunteer requirements for graduation and meet new people.

Volunteers will meet at Water Resources Education Center (4600 SE Columbia Way - City).

"Like" us on Facebook, tweet @GoPlayVancouver and search #VancouverVolunTEEN on Instagram to find updates about monthly meeting locations. RSVP in advance or simply show up on the day of the event. Volunteers should dress for the weather and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.

***Youth under 18 must bring a signed City of Vancouver/Clark County Minor Consent Form.***
