Wild Edible and Medicinal Plants Workshop

Saturday, July 14, 2018, 10:00am - 01:30pm
Contact  360-837-88733,

Join Pixie for an intimate introduction to the local wild plants that are all around us. We will discover the food and medicines available to us throughout Spring and Summer in the Pacific NW. Pixie uses wild things in three main ways:

1. soups and decoctions
2. raw sauerkraut
3. sourdough bread

After our wild walks and sits we will bring our bounty back to TreeSong’s kitchen to create glorious foods and potions based on what plants are available at the time of each month’s class.

Wild plants aren’t just for us to survive, they are to help us thrive!

Saturdays: May 12, July 14, Sept. 15, 10:00 am – 1:30 pm

Sign up online for one, two or all three classes!

Tuition: $45/class or $120 for all three
