March News from Clark County Green Neighbors

March News from Clark County Green Neighbors

March 2024 ‍

Hello ,

As we get closer to national Food Waste Prevention Week (April 1-7), we hope that you will join us in the campaign to fight food waste.  This year, the Conscious Consumption Series will include a live "Cooking with Leftovers" demonstration led by Stacy Tigner-Loy from the WSU-extension SNAP-Ed program.  If you haven't already followed us on Instagram and Facebook, be sure to do that now since we will also be sharing many useful tips for you to help prevent food waste at home.  We strongly encourage you to share these messages with your friends, family, and co-workers as much as possible so we can all work together to be food waste prevention heroes and conserve the many valuable resources that go into food production.

Best wishes,

Green Neighbors
