Hello Visitor,
With the new year upon us, its a great time to get inspired and set some sustainability goals. This month, our community calendar has several tree planting events on it, two of which take place on MLK day to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Not only do these tree plantings restore natural habitat and our ecosystem, they also help to weave the fabric of a healthy and vibrant community that is rooted in action.
We hope you can join us Tues. January 28th for the first film of the 2025 Watershed Alliance of SW Washington Environmental Film Series. This month's selection is "Farming while Black", a feature film about the rising generation of young black farmers. Click the link below to register to attend the January film.
