2022 Food Waste Prevention Week

Food waste is a global concern in which cities, states and organizations across the country are coming together to offer helpful hints in wasting less. Clark County Public Health is participating in Food Waste Prevention week April 4-8, 2022. Hosted by Save the Food Florida, their mission is "to support a healthier environment and help families save money by educating the public about reducing food waste at home, at work, and in their communities.
