2023 Free Leaf Disposal Coupon

The annual Fall Leaf Coupon Program offers free recycling for leaves October 1 - December 31, 2023, courtesy of the City of Vancouver and Clark County Public Works. Last year nearly 2,000 tons of leaves were disposed of by Clark County residents through the program.

‍78th Street Heritage Farm, or simply Heritage Farms, has been a community staple in Clark County dating back almost 150 years! As part of the March 2020 Master Plan, which outlines plans for Heritage Farms as an agricultural, educational, and recreational community asset, Heritage Farms is now also a community composting hub!
