Hello Visitor,
It's finally here! Food Waste Prevention Week starts next week and we can't wait for you to join us at our two upcoming events:
Food Waste Trivia Night- from 7-9pm on April 8 at Fortside Brewing in Vancouver Scrappy Cooking- from 6-7:30pm on April 9 at Cascade Park Library
Both events will have prizes and lots of fun tips to help you save money and reduce food waste. Registration is encouraged. We hope to see you there! If you can't make it out, be sure to stay connected on social media and share our posts about food waste prevention with your friends, family, and co-workers. April is also Earth Month and there are several events and volunteer opportunities in our community to help you celebrate our planet and the precious resources it provides us with. On Earth Day (April 22), the Watershed Alliance Film Series will be presenting Water for Life. More details about the film series can be found below. Please register in advance if you plan to attend. We hope to see you there!
