Contact  (360) 253-5771 to reserve your spot as soon as you can!
Encounter old-growth Douglas firs and search for kingfishers and American Dippers along the banks of the Lewis River at Clark County’s oldest park. Expert birder and naturalist, Elaine Murphy, leads you through 154-acre Lewisville Park sharing her knowledge of the area’s wildlife and their habits.

This free walk meets at the Vancouver Backyard Bird Shop (8101 NE Parkway Dr, Vancouver) at 8 a.m. Advance reservations are required—we limit the number of participants to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable and educational experience. Some of our walks do fill up, so phone the shop (360-253-5771) to reserve your spot as soon as you can! Dress for the weather! And, please, no pets! Binoculars are encouraged—if you need a pair, come in to one of our shops and we’ll show you our selection, especially tuned for bird watching.
