Green Neighbors Program

The Clark County Green Neighbors Program is coordinated by Clark County Public Health’s Solid Waste and Environmental Outreach to assist citizens with developing more sustainable lifestyles and building a strong environmental community in Clark County. Solid waste regional planning and programs are a cooperative effort of Battle Ground, Camas, Clark County, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, and Yacolt.

In partnership with Clark County and the city of Vancouver, Waste Connections of Washington has released the 2024-2025 Recycling Done Right newsletter.

Keep an eye on your mailbox - this publication is mailed to all residents in Clark County. The newsletter includes information about what you can and can't recycle, yard debris and organics, free leaf disposal, service guidelines, household hazardous waste disposal and more!

The newsletter has been translated into Spanish, Russian, Ukrainian and Chuukese.
