Green Neighbors Program

The Clark County Green Neighbors Program is coordinated by Clark County Public Health’s Solid Waste and Environmental Outreach to assist citizens with developing more sustainable lifestyles and building a strong environmental community in Clark County. Solid waste regional planning and programs are a cooperative effort of Battle Ground, Camas, Clark County, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, and Yacolt.

Renew Seed Grant Opportunity

Renew Seed Grant

Do you have a project focused on waste prevention, composting, recycling, and/or reuse? NextCycle Washington has a fantastic grant opportunity for you! 

NextCycle Washington is a program that supports businesses, community organizations, and individuals that aspire to incorporate waste prevention, repair, reuse, and/or composting in their regular operations. This program is currently offering the Renew Seed Grant which is focused on advancing waste-reduction projects with the hope of improving Washington's environmental sustainability and circular economy.

NextCycle Washington will select 35 teams for grants of up to $10,000! Grants will also provide growth planning mentorship and expert technical assistance to each team. Applications for the Renew Seed Grant can be submitted through November 16.

Green Neighbors is a Clark County Environmental Public Health program focused on waste prevention, reuse, recycling, and composting. If you're like-minded and have a project that needs funding, consider applying for a Renew Seed Grant!
