Green Neighbors Program

The Clark County Green Neighbors Program is coordinated by Clark County Public Health’s Solid Waste and Environmental Outreach to assist citizens with developing more sustainable lifestyles and building a strong environmental community in Clark County. Solid waste regional planning and programs are a cooperative effort of Battle Ground, Camas, Clark County, La Center, Ridgefield, Vancouver, Washougal, and Yacolt.

Free Leaf Disposal Coupon

Autumn is arriving and the leaves are falling. Remember that while removing leaves from your lawn can be an important step in keeping your grass healthy, where those leaves end up matters. Leaves in the street can clog storm drains, which leads to flooding. Keep our neighborhoods safe and clean by taking advantage of free leaf disposal from October 1 – December 31, 2019.

The City of Vancouver and Clark County Public Works are offering a FREE leaf disposal coupon for Vancouver and Clark County residents. The coupon must be presented at one of the drop-off sites listed below and is for LEAVES ONLY, up to 5 cubic yards. No trimmings, yard debris, or mixed loads with the coupon; these items will be charged at the regular price. Leaves must be emptied from plastic or kraft bags.
